Biography

I’m a third year Ph.D. student researching microreactor systems. My research primarily focuses on multiphysics and economics optimization of liquid sodium reactor microreactors.  I also do benchmarking and validation of the Systems for Nuclear Auxiliary Program (SNAP) 8 Experimental Reactor, modeling and capturing documented neutronic and multiphysics behavior unique to microreactors. I have earned my Bachelors and Master’s in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Outside of research, I compete and train in weightlifting.
