Aidan Rigby

I’m a third year PhD student researching integrated energy systems. My research focusses on a novel solar-nuclear hybrid reactor design and modelling this transiently using the code Modelica. I am interested in how reinforcement learning can improve the control and economics of such systems.

I gained Bachelors and Masters degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Cambridge, UK. In my free time, I compete in track and triathlon.
